Our in-house design team have a wealth of experience in designing bespoke graphics, specifically for the motor racing industry. From complicated, full vehicle wraps through to a more simple vinyl cut solution, from full pit garage designs through to intricate helmet designs we can produce creative designs to fit your budget.

Large format graphics

Our 6 colour Mimaki JV3 produces extremely high resolution graphics which are absolutely ideal for vehicles and garage walling. Even at close range there is no sign of pixilation or blurred images. It can print onto a number of substrates and the solvent based ink system ensures that the image is resistant to water etc. We also laminate garage boards for extra protection.

The results from this machine are some of the best currently available and linked with good design will provide you with a stunning set-up.

Vinyl cutting

We use Summa large format cutters to produce accurate graphics with clean edges and ready to apply either by us or the client. We also have a Graphtek large format cutter with optical heads that will cut media direct from the Mimaki. We offer a mail order service to many of our clients. New sets of graphics are normally dispatched either same day or within 24 hours.

Specialised vinyl

New for 2006 is our bespoke painted vinyl service. Having extensively researched and tested special clear vinyl's, we can now have these spray painted to match exact car liveries. This converted film does not crack or peel when applied and is ideal for walling block colour and also for wrapping carbon fibre spare bodywork rather than having to have them always painted.

Silk screening

For a more long lasting effect with coloured panels, we offer a 6 colour silk screen service. We operate with full size screens that enable us to print a complete panel in one hit to avoid any ‘banding’ from taking place. We also silk screen the webbing for Tensator Barriers

Gerber edge

Vehicle graphics ideally should be printed and applied as ‘one layer’ rather than the conventional way of building up layers of vinyl. The Gerber is just the machine for this, allowing us to print a decal from a single colour to full colour. This can then be automatically cut to shape and size. The Gerber also produces magnetic decals and mesh graphics.

Vehicle wrap

Whereby we can now take a race vehicle and change its colour overnight. This durable, hardwearing system is ideal for major sponsor changes or complicated graphics. The process can be achieved on cars, bikes and transporters.

Transporter livery

We can design, produce and apply the graphics for transporters and larger team support vehicles. These graphics are either printed full colour or available as cut vinyl decals.This can either be done here or on your site if it is dry. We have specialised fitters that will travel anywhere in Europe.

Trackside services

New for 2006 is our specially designed mobile graphic unit that can carry up to 30 different vinyl colours. This unit is ideal for us to have at trackside and service an entire series or just one team. Within minutes, we can set up an entire working studio.
